You Are Important

Greetings to all, this weekend, let us allow our faith to strengthen and validate the thoughts of who we are and our worth.

While women of all backgrounds are valuable and essential, women have had the most discrimination in almost every society. They have had to prove their worth as they attempt to advance or even navigate day-to-day life.

Proverbs 3:15 (ESV)

15 She is more precious than jewels, and nothing you desire can compare with her.

As God's servants, we are all important and must know our value and worth in a world where our rise or fall tends to be in the hands of those who are easily offended and quick to give opinions.

Isaiah 41:10 (ESV)

10 fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, help you, and uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Lesson: The truth of who we are can be found repeatedly in God's word and those who love and value us, not from the unsolicited opinions of those who seek to keep us down, tear us apart, or even cut us down.
