Willing To Wait

Greetings to all; this Sunday, as we pause to worship, let us also remember that we are waiting with expectation for the second return of our Lord and Savior.
Although we can trust God to do something special in our lives, we spend a lot of time waiting on and for things that, in the long run, really do not matter.
Luke 2:36–37 (KJV)
36 And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of great age and had lived with a husband seven years from her virginity;
37 And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple but served God with fasting and prayers night and day.
Lesson: No matter how dark or deprived our situations and circumstances are, when we are willing to wait on God, we can expect hope, faith, love, and joy.
