What Does God Requires Of Me?

Greetings to all, thank God for the opportunity to have a blessed week. Let us do everything in our power to please Him. Amen
When it looks like there is injustice and people are going against each other around the world, it's reassuring to know that we serve the God of justice.
Humanity has a habit of breaking the heart of God, then trying to smooth things over with Him with rituals and sacrifices; when He has made it plain what is required for pleasing Him.
It's as if God asks us to do the impossible when it comes to honoring what he requires of us. He does so much for us and expects us to worship Him and treat others around us with kindness and justice.
When I think about what God requires, I think of the saying: "If I had ten thousand tongues, I couldn't praise you enough." God has given us everything needed; it's obvious the one tongue we have is enough.
Micah 6:8 (NCV)
8 The LORD has told you, human, what is good; he has told you what he wants from you: to do what is right to other people, love being kind to others, and live humbly, obeying your God.
Lesson: As we begin this new week, keep in mind that God has set the standards for how we are to live our lives individually and collectively.
He has expectations of us living with integrity, acknowledging what's right and wrong, showing mercy, and walking humbly with Him.
