Weathering The Storm

Greetings to all; this Tuesday, let us not doubt that God will bring us safely through our storms no matter what season of life we're going through.

While life is compared to seasons, difficult times in our lives can resemble storms. There is usually a calm before the storms come, and they seem to arrive out of nowhere. We must know that there are some storms that God allows us to go through for us to rely on Him and make us strong.

Even though life has its difficulties, many can move past and overcome them with prayer and God in our lives. At the same time, others begin to doubt that God is with them at the first sign of trouble.

Matthew 14:30–31 (ESV)

30 But when he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink, he cried out, "Lord, save me."

31 Jesus immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him, saying, "O you of little faith, why did you doubt?"

Lesson: Even when the storms of life are raging, God has the power to still them. He comes to us while we're in the chaos of our storms of life for us to weather the storms easily.
