Water in Dry Places

Greetings to all. Let us pause to focus on where our true survival comes from.
Moving through life in difficult times can sometimes feel as if the earth beneath our feet were parched. However, when this happens, look to God’s word and rely on God, from whom our real blessings come. He does not give us a mere drop of comfort or grace to survive; He opens a floodgate in the middle of our personal desert. When you go through a dry place, look to the word.
Isaiah 43:19 (NIV84)
19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.
Lesson: Remember that our dry places are temporary. God’s word is a steady source of life. He invites each of us to stop looking at the parched land and drink from the flow of living water.
