Rest in God's Peace

Greetings to all. This weekend, let us rest peacefully in God’s peace and protection.

There is no rest like resting in the Lord! We often use “RIP” for those who are no longer with us. That saying also applies to the living. No matter what each day brings, at the end of it, we can rest knowing that God is in control of everything. Nothing that is and will happen surprises Him. Whatever happens in our lives or around us has to go through Him.

8 I fall asleep in peace the moment I lie down because you alone, O LORD, enable me to live securely. 

Lesson: Begin and close each day with God. At the end of any day, do not be afraid; trust that God will prepare you to lie down in His peace.
