Greetings to a

ll, on this Sunday, let us be reminded that we are still in the Easter Season, and let us not forget that we can live clean and Holy lives because of what Jesus did. Amen
Because our God is holy and righteous, He desires for us to be washed by His word as we learn through it how to live a clean and holy life if we want Him to dwell among us.
Ephesians 5:25b-27 (GW)
25 Christ loved the church and gave his life for it.
26 He did this to make the church holy by cleansing it, washing it using water along with spoken words.
27 Then he could present it to himself as a glorious church, without any kind of stain or wrinkle—holy and without faults.
How refreshing it is to know that the word of God and the blood of Jesus has the power to provide us with all that we need. They can wash and cleanse us from all our unrighteousness, as well as remove our fears, insecurities, and faults, enabling us to have a joyful life.
1 John 1:8-10 (NCV)
8 If we say we have no sin, we are fooling ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
9 But if we confess our sins, he will forgive our sins, because we can trust God to do what is right. He will cleanse us from all the wrongs we have done.
10 If we say we have not sinned, we make God a liar, and we do not accept God's teaching.
Lesson: Let us be washed every day as we commit to reading and internalizing God's word daily so that our lives will change for the best as we trust in Christ as our Saviour, eternally forgiven and covered in His robe of righteousness.
