Greetings to all; this week, may we stand for what is right, our walk is obedient, and our influence comes from those who delight in the Lord.

As Christians, our day-to-day lives resemble the process of toddlers as they learn to stand and walk. As our spiritual maturity grows, we know to stand, and as the process continues, we wobble our way into walking. The challenge with walking as a Christian is we do not have someone we can physically see that is beckoning us to come or be there to catch us if we fall.

Psalm 1:1 (RSV)

1 Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers;

Lesson: To cling to what is good in life, we must achieve spiritual maturity, empowering us with the wisdom to walk obediently and away from the ungodly and all that is not good.
