Greetings to all; this Tuesday, from true understanding, let's strive to make good choices with our hearts and minds as we progress through this week.

In life, we are always choosing. It is obvious that while we know that our body in its totality is essential, as Christians, as we try to live well, we find it difficult to decide between our heart's desires and the mind's reasoning to love

God and others.

Matthew 22:37 (ESV)

37 And he said, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind.

Lesson: Living with a balance is essential. Our thinking comes from our hearts and minds; we need them both. Together, they determine our Christian love, maturity, and progress. There is a battle for our minds; if we are not careful, we can lose our minds when our hearts are not in the right place.
