True Direction of Our Love

Greetings to all. This Tuesday, let us reflect on how we love and where we direct our affection.

Each day, we should reflect deeply on the nature of our love and the direction in which we choose to invest our affection. Many are tempted to value possessions, success, or status above relationships and spiritual growth. To avoid this, direct your affection toward lasting significance, love, and compassion, rather than fleeting desires.

16 Not everything that the world offers—physical gratification, greed, and extravagant lifestyles—comes from the Father. It comes from the world.

Lesson: Our love is often misdirected toward things that do not last. We are instead called to direct our wholehearted love to God and to consistently prioritize and cherish the meaningful people in our lives above temporary or material things.
