Treasures In Heaven

Greetings to all; on this "grateful," let us thank God for the opportunity for spiritual investment.

So that we do not fall into spiritual-financial bondage, we must be wise with everything God has blessed us with. There is no greater return on any investments than the ones we get when we follow the instructions of Jesus to go, sell, come and follow Him. We are encouraged to be rich by storing our treasures in heaven to receive the most significant dividends.

Matthew 19:21 (MSG)

21 "If you want to give it all you've got," Jesus replied, "go sell your possessions; give everything to the poor. All your wealth will then be in heaven. Then come follow me."

Lesson: It can be misleading to think that one is poor because they do not process a lot of money or wealth. The poorest are those who do not have God in their lives. Let us count the cost before investing all we have in earthly matters.
