This Too Shall Pass

Greetings to all; this weekend, let us cherish our current and existing time, knowing that now is the only time we have.

While we may be experiencing trials now, there is coming glory because of God's love. We often comfort ourselves and others by saying, "This too shall pass." The good news is that most trials do pass. The bad news is that while we only want the bad to pass, sadly, some good also passes.

2 Corinthians 4:17–18 (GNB)

17 And this minor and temporary trouble we suffer will bring us a tremendous and eternal glory, much greater than the trouble.

18 For we fix our attention, not on things that are seen, but on unseen things. What can be seen lasts only for a time, but what cannot be seen lasts forever.

Lesson: Life is made up of good and bad times. We must have the faith to accept and live in the now as we hope for and see the unseen things.
