The Gospel Warning

Greetings to all; as we worship this Sunday, let us not turn a deaf ear to or reject God's word.

Throughout biblical history, there has been a call for us to listen to God and not stray from the Gospel. God continues to speak to His people in various ways and warns us not to reject His words. Unfortunately, down through the years, we tend not to listen despite having to pay the consequences.

Hebrews 12:25 (GW)

25 Be careful that you do not refuse to listen when God speaks. Your ancestors did not escape when they refused to listen to God, who warned them on earth. We certainly will not escape if we turn away from God, who warns us from heaven.

Lesson: God desires that we do not walk in darkness. Let us pay attention and not perish for not obeying the warning not to refuse to listen to the Gospel.
