Greetings to all. As we move through life, God does not want us to act like everything is fine when we are hurting inside. He invites us to total surrender.

Even when bad things happen to good people, being strong does not take away the pain. Some people become strong because they have faced a lot of pain. Jesus is the best example of someone who was strong but still felt deep sorrow. He was close to God and knew what grief was like.

Isaiah 53:3 (GW)

3He was despised and rejected by people.  He was a man of sorrows, familiar with suffering.  He was despised like one from whom people turn their faces,  and we didn’t consider him to be worth anything.

Lesson: The Bible shows us many strong and faithful people who went through pain. Most of all, Jesus is our redeemer. He was rejected and looked down on by others, but He still suffered for us and took on our sins.
