Ten Thousand Tongues

Greetings to all; on this "grateful" Thursday, with all our being, let us praise and thank God.

God is so good to us, and there are unlimited blessings in all areas of our lives that we cannot thank Him enough. I am reminded of the song "Praise Him" by Smokie Norful, which says, "God has done so much for him, that If he had ten thousand tongues, he couldn't praise God enough."

I agree with the song's lyrics. Even with ten thousand tongues, we cannot praise God enough. However, knowing the tongue's power and problems, I thank God, He only saw fit to give us one tongue that we can use to praise Him.

1 The Love of God Praise the LORD, my soul! All my being, praise his holy name!

Lesson: Because God is so Good to us, as we mature in our faith and attitude of gratitude, using our one tongue, let us thank Him as often as we can.
