Struggling To Trust

Greetings to all, trusting others can be hard. On this "hump" day Wednesday, let us look to the Lord to help us see and understand as we struggle to trust.

Life can be confusing when we don't make wise decisions when trusting the people we think we already know and those we meet. It's not always easy to trust and rely on others, especially when the people we rely on turn out to be lost themselves and not to be who we take them to be.

Because people are constantly changing, we make the mistake of not consulting with God before putting our trust in others, and we can find ourselves wondering who's who.

Proverbs 3:5–6 (GNB)

5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart. Never rely on what you think you know.

6 Remember the LORD in everything you do, and he will show you the right way.

Lesson: When it comes to trusting others, we don't have to try and figure everything out on our own. When we put our complete trust in the Lord, He will show us even those we meet who are lost.
