Greetings to all. As we end the week, it may be a good thing to acknowledge that we have heard enough trash-talking and complaining.

Sometimes, the best thing we can do when ending our workweek is to commit to stopping listening to and responding to the negative things others say about us or others. More importantly, let it not be that we are the ones spreading garbage.

Ephesians 4:29 (NCV)

29 When you talk, do not say harmful things, but say what people need—words that will help others become stronger. Then what you say will do good to those who listen to you.

Lesson:  As we move forward, it is always important to reflect on the atmosphere that surrounds us. If, by chance, we are surrounded by a swirl of trash-talking and complaints, we should not listen to them. They can be a source that drains our energy and dampens our spirits.
