Stand Up

Greetings to all; as we begin this new week, let us recognize God for who He is and trust Him to see us through.

Even if God allows us to go through a season of troubles and have enemies in our lives, we must decide to stand no matter how hard it gets. We will not win our most challenging struggles with hatred and resentment but by our fervent prayers.

1 Samuel 1:9–10 (NIV)

9 Once, when they had finished eating and drinking in Shiloh, Hannah stood up. Now Eli the priest was sitting on a chair by the doorpost of the LORD's temple.

10 In bitterness of soul, Hannah wept and prayed to the LORD.
