Stand In The Power Of God

Greetings to all; as we begin this new week, let us stand in the power of God and not the power of man.

To stand in the power of God, we must recognize that as humans, we have weaknesses and limitations.

As we navigate our day-to-day lives, we may be knowledgeable and wise, but we can step out of the will of God when we overestimate our abilities or put too much faith in the opinions of those we look up to and trust.

1 Corinthians 2:5 (KJV)

5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

Lesson: We tend to turn to many people and things when facing adversity and obstacles in life. We should first and foremost trust God and never deny His power and ability to see us through any situation we face as we stand in His power.
