Small Beginnings

Greetings to all; this "hump" day, Wednesday, let us be quick to honor God, focus on Him, and not allow anyone to make us feel that we are not enough.

Although others may never see us or what we do as significant or necessary, God values what we do for Him. There will be times when we will spend more time than we should on the opinions of others.

Focusing on the views of others only serves to make us and what we do feel small and insignificant. However, we are propelled into our greatness as God's people; when we focus on God's glory through His Word.

Zechariah 4:10a (NCV)

10 "The people should not think that small beginnings are unimportant.

Lesson: Focusing on God's will and work allows us not to let others minimize what we do and who we are. No matter how small our beginnings, we are enough when we focus on God and not the chatter of people.
