Sincerely Seeking Jesus

Greetings to all on this Tuesday, let us continue to trust God and seek the Lord as He shows us who He is in our lives and the lives of others.

As Jesus went about doing Godly work, He had many followers who did not sincerely seek Him and followed Him for the wrong reasons.

Because we are precious to God, the Lord continues to do His Godly work in our lives even though we sometimes seem not to understand or see it. Because of our earthly mindset and physical needs, we tend only to trust what satisfies our physical and temporal needs.

John 6:26 (GNB)

26 Jesus answered, "I am telling you the truth: you are looking for me because you ate the bread and had all you wanted, not because you understood my miracles.

Lesson: Although we need material things and earthly things to sustain us, our most profound need is God. Let us sincerely seek Jesus and recognize He continues to work on our behalf even when we don't see it or understand it.
