Silence the Stones

Greetings to all. This Sunday, as we gather, let it be a genuine time of worship.

Every day is a call to worship! However, many worship on Sunday. The Bible says that if we do not worship, the rocks will cry out instead. I certainly do not want to be so negligent in worshipping the true God that the stones must speak for me. Let us silence the rocks by raising our voices in praise.

Luke 19:39–40 (GW)

39 Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, "Teacher, tell your disciples to be quiet." 

40 Jesus replied, "I can guarantee that if they are quiet, the stones will cry out." 

Lesson: Always remember, whether individually or collectively, let us fully engage in a sincere, meaningful worship, where our spirits can soar.
