Scars of Victory

Greetings to all. As we move through life, let us not let the scars from our past make us feel ashamed.

When it comes to past hurts, shame, and the scars they leave, it is often the enemy who tries to convince us to hide them, especially the ones others might notice. The way we carry these scars can show our victory and help others find hope, too.

2 Corinthians 12:9 (NCV)

9 But he said to me, “My grace is enough for you. When you are weak, my power is made perfect in you.” So I am very happy to brag about my weaknesses. Then Christ’s power can live in me.

Lesson: Sometimes, healing leaves scars that feel even tougher than the original pain. These scars can stay with us, but with God's grace, we can see them as signs of victory, not shame.
