Satisfied With Goodness

Greetings to all; on this "grateful" Thursday and throughout life, let us recognize and celebrate the goodness of God.

Since creation, satisfying us has always been on God's mind. In our desire to persevere in life, we seek to have more and get satisfaction from people and things. Not to say we cannot receive satisfaction from those; I am saying that as we serve God, we can live a life of grateful praise as we receive true satisfaction through and from God, who is good and does good.

Jeremiah 31:14 (ASV)

14 And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith Jehovah.

Lesson: There is none good but God. We are satisfied with the goodness of God, not for what He gives but because of who He is. He is the giver of true satisfaction and goodness. God is Good!
