Greetings to all; this Monday, let us go into this week thinking before we act and choose to use our words wisely.
Sometimes, we get into trouble when we speak untimely, harshly, or about things that do not concern us or are not true. Scripture warns us and lets us know what the choices of our words and conversations will do in our lives and the lives of others.
The words and how we speak them are powerful and will either condemn or build up.
Proverbs 12:13–14 (NCV)
13 Evil people are trapped by their evil talk, but good people stay out of trouble.
14 People will be rewarded for what they say, and they will also be rewarded for what they do.
Lesson: It is not always what we say but how we say it that will hurt. Not to hurt ourselves and others; let us speak softly, timely, and truthfully.
