Greetings to all, on this Sunday, let us remove every barrier of sin and disobedience that can hinder our faithful worship and relationship to God.
Often, we focus on the sorrow and pain we face in the world or our lives and not the sin and disobedience to God. Because God is long-suffering, all-powerful, gracious, and merciful, we can have hope against sin and its powers.
Deuteronomy 4:30 (MSG)
30 When troubles come, and all these awful things happen to you, in coming days, you will come back to GOD, your God, and listen obediently to what he says.
Joel 2:12 (MSG)
12 But there's also this, it's not too late— GOD's personal Message!— "Come back to me and really mean it! Come fasting and weeping, sorry for your sins!"
Lesson: God is compassionate, and there are no substantial barriers that can keep us away from Him. We are never too deep in sin that we cannot change our lives and return to God.
