Recognizing Our Purpose in God

Greetings to all. As we gather this Sunday, let us renew our purpose and remember that life is meant to be lived with God.

As we reflect on our journey, we realize our purpose depends on God. Yet even with faith, we can hinder ourselves by pursuing our own desires instead of waiting on Him, or by trusting the world over God.

John 15:5 (MSG)

5“I am the Vine, you are the branches. When you’re joined with me and I with you, the relationship is intimate and organic, the harvest is sure to be abundant. Separated, you can’t produce a thing.

Lesson: Daily, intentionally choose to seek Christ, start each morning in prayer, meditate on scripture, and it is ok to reach out to a fellow believer for support. However, let us decide to depend on Him fully, trusting that only then can we truly live out our purpose.
