Greetings to all; this Monday, as we prepare to face what life has to offer us this week, let us be kind to those we encounter and do our best to control our tempers.

It is not always easy not to get upset or angry with ourselves or others. While what it takes to make one angry may not bother someone else, we all have had those days when we have gotten angry or downright mad.

Psalm 37:8 (MSG)

8 Bridle your anger, trash your wrath, cool your pipes—it only makes things worse.

Lesson: So that we do not regret allowing anger to control us, let us learn to put away anger. Let us do our best not to worsen our week or anyone else's week. Let us be sensitive and kind to others and do not allow our actions or the actions of others to draw us into anger.
