Greetings to all. As we move through this Thursday, if things are not okay, pause and go to God in prayer.

Many times, we hold onto worries about our lives and those we care about. We know we should always pray, but life can get busy and distracting. When things feel overwhelming, it's important to stop and pray to God about them. Praying for change doesn’t always mean our problems will disappear.

1 Timothy 2:1 (NKJV)

1Therefore I exhort first of all those supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men.

Lesson: Always include others in our prayers, trusting that God hears every request and every word of gratitude. The challenges may persist, but God’s presence through prayer brings us peace, strength, and spiritual protection.
