On The Run

Greetings to all; this Sunday, let us vow that we will keep running toward God no matter the trials we face.

It is easy to see that the world we are living in is slipping into evil and darkness in ways many of us have never expected or seen. Although it can be easy to be on the run from God, living apart from God during dark times can be dangerous. We are safer and protected when instead, we run toward God.

Psalm 143:9–10 (NLT)

9 Rescue me from my enemies, LORD; I run to you to hide me.

10 Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. May your gracious Spirit lead me forward on a firm footing.

Lesson: Because God is such an excellent protective Heavenly Father, instead of being tripped up by evil and running away from God, we owe it to God to live in obedience and close to Him.
