On God's Schedule

Greetings to all. As we move through this week, let us remember that we are on God’s timeline.

At times, we may feel delayed or out of place. However, we must trust that we are on God’s schedule and exactly where He intends us to be.

Exodus 13:17–18 (GW)

17When Pharaoh let the people go, God didn’t lead them on the road through Philistine territory, although that was the shortest route. God said, “If they see that they have to fight a war, they may change their minds and go back to Egypt.”

18So God led the people around the other way, on the road through the desert toward the Red Sea. The Israelites were ready for battle when they left Egypt. 

Lesson: When we feel uncertain about our path, we should turn to the Lord, trusting that we are aligned with His timing, guidance, and purpose.
