Not From Scratch

Greetings to all; on this "grateful" Thursday, let us take a moment to appreciate the life experiences, good and bad, that have taught us our most valuable lessons.

Where we find ourselves in life can vary. We can either be in a place of prosperity or lack. That said, understanding how we have arrived at our current position is built on our experiences, not something we start from scratch.

Genesis 30:27 (KJV 1900)

27 And Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favour in thine eyes, tarry: for I have learned by experience that the LORD hath blessed me for thy sake.

Lesson: Everyone wants to be blessed. However, the blessings we receive do not always come easily or in the way we expect or want. Nevertheless, we may need to start over. But we learn to recognize and appreciate our blessings through our experiences.
