Making Personal Progress

Greetings to all; as we end this week, let us thank God for the forward movement and personal progress in our lives.

While we want to move ahead in life, making personal progress can sometimes feel impossible. We may think that we are moving ahead, but we look around only see no results and no progress because life may be at a standstill.

When the progress we make does not result in substantial results for others and even ourselves, we still must live in a way that our actions count.

Proverbs 3:4 (MSG)

4 Earn a reputation for living well in God's eyes and the eyes of the people.

Lesson: We must be aware that all movement is not progress, and all progress will not come from action. But, let us continue to strive for personal progress in our work and service to God even when we don't get the results we desire.
