Love Me, Love Me Not

Greetings to all; as we begin this week, let us love God by loving others and ourselves.

We're living in a time many people seem to be missing the ability to love each other, even though they say they know God. Love is more than a word and is not an option because we serve the God of love. The enemy, Satan, would like for us to only focus on the negative things and people so much that we can't see the love of God.

1 John 4:20 (GNB)

20 If we say we love God but hate our brothers and sisters, we are liars. For people cannot love God, whom they have not seen, if they do not love their brothers and sisters, whom they have seen.

Lesson: Although love can be challenging, whether others love us or love us not, our God, who is love, gives us the capacity to love ourselves and each other.
