Lessons Learned

Greetings to all; this weekend, may we reflect on the valuable life lessons from our most challenging and stressful times this past week.

From God's word or life experiences, we know the benefits of being obedient and giving God our full attention. Hectic and challenging situations can test our willingness to remain obedient and patient with the will of God.

Joshua 5:6 (GW)

6 For 40 years, the Israelites wandered through the desert until all their soldiers who left Egypt died. They died because they disobeyed the LORD.

Numbers 32:13 (GNB)

13 The LORD was angry with the people and made them wander in the wilderness for 40 years until that whole generation that had displeased him was dead.

Lesson: It's not enough to outwardly claim to be God's people; we must trust Him, be obedient and listen to Him. Our life's exhausting and challenging times are not a waste of time. God will use them to teach us valuable lessons.
