Keep Your Head Up

Greetings to all, this Friday, despite the situations that look like they are never going to get better, let us keep our heads up.

As we move through life, we can, and we will, face situations that cause us to cast our heads down. And it may not always feel like it, but there is a relief.

The odds can be stacked against us by wicked plots and mean people that try to force us to give up and drop our heads in frustration, shame, or guilt, but thank God the narrative of our lives doesn't end there. But God, He's known to give the most challenging battles to His strongest warriors as he keeps our heads lifted.

Psalm 3:3 (NIV)

3 But you are a shield around me, O LORD; you bestow glory on me and lift up my head.

Lesson: Things may be hard, or they may even be embarrassing. But, as hard or embarrassing things may be, as long as we trust God and don't give in or give up, He will keep our heads up.
