Greetings to all, on this, bless Monday morning, let us thank God in advance for the blessings that He has in store for each of us today and for those blessings that are just around the corner this week. Amen
We can begin and finish this week strong if we keep our heads up and focus on Jesus! Let us approach and stay the course during this new week, knowing that through our faith, no matter what we may have to face, that God is already there.
Hebrews 12:2-3 (NLT2)
2 We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God's throne.
3 Think of all the hostility he endured from sinful people; then you won't become weary and give up.
Although we may face hardships and discouragements today or this week, we must not lose sight of the fact that we are never alone in life and that there is help.
"Many have already made it through life, enduring far more difficult circumstances than we have experienced. Suffering is the training ground for Christian maturity. It develops our patience and makes our final victory sweet." - Life Application Study Bible.
Psalm 34:4-8 (NLT2)
4 I prayed to the LORD, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears.
5 Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces.
6 In my desperation, I prayed, and the LORD listened; he saved me from all my troubles.
7 For the angel of the LORD is a guard; he surrounds and defends all who fear him.
8 Taste and see that the LORD is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in him!
Lesson: We can never avoid hardships and discouragements in this world; if we want to have successful days, we must keep our heads up, thoughts, and spiritual eyes stayed on the Lord. He will keep us in perfect peace and make our path straight every time.
