Greetings to all; despite our day-to-day life experiences having the ability to take a toll on us, as we end the week, let us keep smiling and carry on.

Scientifically, smiling is known to be good for us because it releases endorphins that reduce stress. There is no denying that life can be challenging and has a way of wiping away our smiles.

While smiles can be deceptive, biblically, we know genuine smiles comes from the heart. God has equipped us with the power of smiling, allowing us to keep going despite the turmoils we face.

Proverbs 15:13 (MSG)

13 A cheerful heart brings a smile to your face; a sad heart makes it hard to get through the day.

Lesson: Having that Christian cheerfulness gives us a genuine smile from the heart that can put a smile on our faces and on the faces of those we encounter who are having a hard time carrying on.
