Jesus Wept

Greetings to all. Even if you are feeling pain, fear, sorrow, or loss this Sunday, let us continue worshipping God together.

In time, things that seem out of place will come together. Sometimes, life may not match our belief in a loving and powerful God. These moments can make us sad, even weep, but we should remember that we live in a world where pain, suffering, and a lack of compassion are present. In Jesus and through the tears he shed, we can find empathy in our times of sorrow.

Lesson: Scripture records that Jesus wept three times. The one we referenced today is known as the shortest verse. Despite being the shortest, this verse teaches the most important lesson in empathy and compassion.
