It Will Come Back

Greetings to all; as we begin this new week, may we allow God's wisdom to lead us. May our thoughts, words, and deeds toward others be good.

It is more for our benefit that we do good! Most of us are familiar with the following sayings, Karma will get you, or an eye for an eye. These sayings suggest justice and retaliation. What we do in life for others and to others will come back to us.

Leviticus 24:19–20 (MSG)

19 Anyone who injures his neighbor will get back the same as he gave:

20 fracture for fracture, eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth. What he did to hurt that person will be done to him.

Lesson: We've been warned not to expect our lives to be happy or prosperous when we do or cause harm to others. Let us do good, and it will come back to us.
