In the Waiting

Greetings to all. This weekend, let us have faith and courage while waiting on the Lord.

Waiting is something that many people prefer to avoid. Often, waiting signifies that we have surrendered our control, whether by choice or circumstance. Waiting on the Lord is a way of life because the Lord can intervene or redirect all situations. While waiting on the Lord, we know He is working on our behalf.

Psalm 27:14 (GW)

14 Wait with hope for the LORD.  Be strong, and let your heart be courageous.  Yes, wait with hope for the LORD. 

Lesson: While waiting on God teaches us many valuable lessons, such as patience, trust, and dependence, to be a few. In our waiting, waiting on the Lord also leads us to greater faith and a deeper understanding of His work's purpose in our lives.
