In a World of Trouble

Greetings to all. This Wednesday, let us seek the grace that comforts us in troubled times.

Most of us have heard the phrase, “You're in a world of trouble,” when things are really tough. We all go through hard times and challenges. Sometimes they come one at a time, and other times they seem to pile up. In those moments, we don't have to hide how we feel or try to handle everything by ourselves.

John 16:33 (NCV)

33“I told you these things so that you can have peace in me. In this world you will have trouble, but be brave! I have defeated the world.”

Lesson: The world has its share of troubles, and as believers, we know our struggles are real. But Jesus is real too. No matter what we face, we don't have to be afraid because Jesus has overcome and gives us peace.
