Greetings to all. This Sunday, as we gather, may our purpose align with God's plans.
Although we call ourselves Christians, our purposes and desires often differ and may not reflect the loving character of God. This is not God's will, yet there remains hope for all who have lost their way. As God’s people, we have a guarantee that He is not willing that any should perish.
2 Peter 3:9 (GW)
9 The Lord isn’t slow to do what he promised, as some people think. Rather, he is patient for your sake. He doesn’t want to destroy anyone, but he wants all people to have the opportunity to turn to him and change the way they think and act.
Lesson: While we may be slacking in so many areas, God is no slacker; In His pursuit of those who are wayward, He is kind and patient to all, ensuring that everyone can turn to Him.
