Honoring God's Image

Greetings to all. As we come to the end of this week, let us all remember that every person bears God’s image (Genesis 1:27).

Sometimes the world can feel divided and unkind. People may lift themselves up by putting others down. But since we all carry God’s image, every life has dignity and worth. God made our differences for a reason and loving each other is not a choice; it is a command.

Acts 17:26 (NCV)

26 God began by making one person, and from him all the different people who live everywhere in the world came. God decided exactly when and where they must live.

Lesson: When we honor others, we honor God, who made them. If you find it hard to love people who are different from you, ask God to help you see His image in everyone and to teach you how to love without limits.
