Hold Your Head High

Greetings to all. As we end this week, in a world full of uncertainty, let us continue to live without fear and worry.

The life we live is personal, but the Lord we serve is for all.  Whether during times of sunshine or storms, each of us can choose to stand confidently, looking unto the Lord, or fold, succumbing to fear and worry about the things of this world.

Psalm 27:1 (GW)

1The LORD is my light and my salvation.  Who is there to fear?  The LORD is my life’s fortress.  Who is there to be afraid of? 

Lesson: Like the sunflower, which keeps a singular focus on the sunlight. Let us learn from the sunflower how to hold our heads up. Let us live in joy by the light of the Lord and sustain our faith over worry.
