Greetings to all. On this grateful Thursday, let us reflect and focus on Love and Grace at the table.

We are accustomed to saying grace before a meal at the table, which is honorable and traditional. However, today, let us focus on Jesus as He partook of the Last Supper with His disciples. In that moment, Jesus was the grace and love at the table, leaving valuable lessons. Lessons that are valuable in life.

John 13:34–35 (GW)

34“I’m giving you a new commandment: Love each other in the same way that I have loved you.

35Everyone will know that you are my disciples because of your love for each other.” 

Lesson: Other than remembering Him, Jesus, of all the lessons He left at the Last Supper, is the one where we are to love one another. Not like before, as we love ourselves, but in a new way, the way He loves us.
