God Redirects Our Steps

Greetings to all. This Wednesday, let us seek God's guidance as we make our plans.

As we reflect on our intentions, it is important to remember that many people make plans for their lives without considering the plans that God may have in store for them. Yet instead of simply saying no, God redirects our steps, guiding us in the directions that are best for us.

Proverbs 16:9 (KJV 1900)

9A man’s heart deviseth his way: But the LORD directeth his steps.

Lesson: Reflecting on this verse raises the question for some: “Does man have free will?” The answer is yes. However, God in His providence has a plan for us. As His people who choose to align with His will, He redirects and orders our steps. We are blessed by the sovereignty of God, as He redirects the plans we may have had for navigating life.
