Greetings to all, on this Sunday, let us thank God for His word that has the power to change our lives. A right now word, a word in season and out of season for our journey. Amen

In God's Word, we have two metaphors that describe the conditions of our lives and where we are in life. Those metaphors are the valleys and the mountain tops. Most of us love being on the mountain top; we don't like the valleys.

While we cannot plan where we will be, we often associate the mountain top experiences with God and the valley experiences with satan. While we don't need to be in denial about our situations, we must trust God in either place because He is the God of the mountain tops and the God in the valleys.

Ezekiel 3:22-23 (TLB)

22 I was helpless in the hand of God, and when he said to me, "Go out into the valley and I will talk to you there"—

Psalm 23:4 (NRSV)

4 Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and your staff—they comfort me.

Psalm 66:12 (MSG)

12 Road-tested us inside and out, took us to hell and back; Finally, he brought us to this well-watered place.

Lesson: Every valley experience is not an attack from the enemy. When in the valley, it may look and feel like we are all alone; look for every possibility. God constantly uses them to prepare us for our climb to our mountain tops.
