God Hears All Prayers

Greetings to all; on this "grateful" Thursday, let us trust and believe God hears all our prayers.

There are blessings in our answered prayers. However, there will be times when we doubt God hears what we ask when we don't receive what we ask for in prayer.

Psalm 66:16–20 (MSG)

16 All believers, come here and listen, let me tell you what God did for me.

17 I called out to him with my mouth, and my tongue shaped the sounds of music.

18 If I had been cozy with evil, the Lord, would never have listened.

19 But he most surely did listen; he came on the double when he heard my prayer.

20 Blessed be God: he didn't turn a deaf ear; he stayed with me, loyal in his love.

Lesson: Although God may appear silent, our prayers are not quiet to Him. He hears them all! And just because we've asked for something in prayer doesn't mean it is for us. While God desires to give us our heart's desire, He will protect us from the things that are not good for us.
