Flesh VS. Spirit

Greetings to all; this "hump" day, Wednesday, let us not forget that although we are free to choose whether we follow the flesh or the Spirit, we will have to face the consequences.

God has us covered no matter which one we choose to follow in life. Everything He's done is for our good, in the hopes that we will choose to walk in the Spirit versus the flesh.

Romans 8:5–6 (KJV)

5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh, but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Lesson: The flesh knows that we are prone to think about sinful things in our humanity. It will never give up chasing us, but the Spirit will win whenever we do not give in to the flesh.
